 PwP is a talent pipeline management and consulting company with a strong purpose to help improve productivity — and close the opportunity gap for highly-qualified minorities to succeed in the American corporate landscape. We address the challenges of diversity and inclusion (D&I) in different lenses by helping organizations to create a sustainable pipeline of interns for long-term succession planning. We solve the talent pipeline's purpose problem in financial services and STEM industries (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).  

Over 40 percent of college students graduate every year without a job line up or are underemployed.

Internship programs help increase productivity and build pipeline. In today’s age, 90 percent of an intern time is spent on high-level tasks.

97 percent of employees and executives believe lack of alignment within a team impacts the outcome of a task or a project. 

The lack of opportunity for minority students in getting internship positions in STEM-related fields and financial services is widely documented. What has been previously overlooked until now, is the persistent misplacement due to lack of a comprehensive culture-fit model for highly-qualified minority interns that are entering the corporate world. Never before companies were able to create a pipeline of interns for the purpose of long-term Diversity & Inclusion. 


We work with our corporate partners, colleges and universities to create cultures of inclusion where diversity is naturally valued; where every individual can manifest the greatness within. We work at the strategic planning level to create the appropriate environment for our interns to learn, work and succeed.
