Founded in the greater Boston, the capital for innovation, technology, intellectual thinking, higher ed, life sciences and healthcare, and various STEM occupations. PwP is a data-driven and tech-enabled talent pipeline management and consulting company with a strong purpose to help improve productivity — and close the opportunity  gap for highly-qualified women and minorities to succeed in the American  corporate landscape. We address the challenge of diversity and inclusion (D&I) in different lenses by helping organizations to create a sustainable pipeline of interns for long-term D&I and succession planning. We support our partners/clients to address talent-pipeline dislocation and address misplacement of women and minority interns. At our core, we solve problems to improve lives and we use a dynamic approach to help our partners/clients increase productivity. Our expertise includes, but is not limited to: system architecture, IT, system engineering, finance, fintech, accounting, insurance, data and analytics, data science, information security, business intelligence, workforce development, strategic planning and corporate performance management. Our diverse academic backgrounds and professional experiences bring fresh perspectives to the service we deliver and how we prepare and support our interns to succeed in a rapidly evolving corporate landscape.
