This common experience often leads to structural paralysis, unhappy experience for high performing minority interns, particularly in STEM-related fields and financial services. Following such experience, many interns might begin to question whether a career in STEM is for them. PwP aims to transform the internship experience for minority interns entering the American corporate landscape.
